AMI Entertainment Partners with Clear Communications

AMI Offers New 4G Agreement for Jukebox Operators

Bristol, PA, June 23, 2011 – AMI Entertainment Network has partnered with Clear Communications to bring super fast 4G Internet to our jukebox network, in every major city across the country.

Having built the nation’s first 4G mobile network, Clear has coverage in over 80 cities in the U.S., and AMI is happy to offer this service to jukebox operators. The special corporate rate is $30/month for a 2-year agreement. Even better, operators can keep their AMI music discounts.

The 4G equipment – including a modem with Wi-Fi router – is being offered at no charge. (http://www.clear.com/devices/details/id/74) This device provides secure broadband connectivity and local networking, which helps save operators money and space. Additionally, it has one wired port for the jukebox – and Wi-Fi for any other connectible equipment on the premises. Operators who need more than one wired port can use a USB dongle and router for a small additional charge. The Wi-Fi connection will be pre-programmed to connect with Megatouch countertop machines. Data is unlimited, but will be capped at 1.5 Mbps.
