AMI Entertainment Adds Toast or Roast to Jukeboxes Everywhere

AMI partners with Bud Light to personalize songs for patrons

BRISTOL, PA, March 1, 2011 – AMI Entertainment has partnered with On-Premise Media and Bud Light to bring its inventive and fun Toast or Roast application to AMI jukebox locations nationwide. People have always enjoyed expressing their feelings through song lyrics, whether through a celebratory Toast in honor of a birthday or a comical Roast for a friend who just lost his high score on Megatouch. AMI and Bud Light now offer patrons the opportunity to create a personalized song to play immediately on an AMI jukebox or email to that special someone.

 

Bud Light’s Toast or Roast app creates unique audio celebrations using an assortment of variables enabling customers to create their own songs to celebrate birthdays, promotions, or simply to make friends laugh. With millions of combinations, it’s like the song was written and performed just for them. These personalized songs are fun, quick to create and can be played on location. Customers also have the option to build them offsite via Facebook or Bud Light mobile apps to play later on an AMI jukebox.

 

AMI will produce creative promotional banners and videos to run on jukeboxes, which inform patrons of the availability of this application. Bud Light will create and print promotional material, and will hold mini events in locations, directing traffic to the jukebox. New Toasts and Roasts will be created monthly to correspond with the Bud Light calendar, including updated sports announcements, holidays, events, and more. Bud Light and AMI will provide support on location, online, and on-the-go.

The cost to create a personalized song is only $2.00. Each time a patron uses the Toast or Roast app, it is incremental revenue for the operator and not shared with the location. The Toast or Roast application has not shown any negative effect on jukebox play, but does create additional incentive for patrons to approach the juke and create a song for a good laugh. The Toast or Roast application will be available on all AMI jukeboxes later this year.
