Bristol, PA, January 5, 2012 – AMI Entertainment Network has announced the winners for the November Barnyard Throwdown™ on Prize Farm. Eight lucky winners were awarded prizes ranging from $59 to a grand sum of over $400 for the top-scoring player.
The November Barnyard Throwdown, Take 2™, was held November 1st through December 1st in thirteen participating states. More than 2,500 plays were recorded for the tournament, resulting in a final prize pool of $1186.75. The five top-ranked players were awarded prizes in the following order:
1. Allen H., awarded $415.36
2. Kathy E., awarded $296.70
3. Welda J., awarded $118.68
4. Mark S., awarded $118.68
5. David I., awarded $59.34
In addition to the prizes awarded to the 1st through 5th-ranked players, AMI added prizes for the 10th, 25th and 30th-ranked players to encourage competition at every player skill level. This throwdown saw Terry T., the 10th place finisher; Sam F., the 25th place finisher; and Jamie P., who came in 30th, each walk away with $59.34.
AMI also offered a mid-month tournament beginning on November 15th and featuring its hit puzzle game Monster Madness. The winner, Kathy E., was awarded an iPad.
AMI is kicking off the new year with the January Barnyard Throwdown progressive tournament 11 Up®. And beginning on January 15th, the mid-month tournament featuring Funky Monkey™ will give players a chance to win a Kindle Fire.
