AMI Offers eCast Operators Technical Support at AE 2012

Ecast Operators Can Visit Booth 304 for Technical Assistance

Bristol, PA, March 7, 2012 – Since the news of eCast ceasing operations last week, AMI has been working around the clock to help the hundreds of eCast operators find support for their jukeboxes. AMI has obtained possession of certain assets of eCast’s network and intends to provide AMI music content through the existing network to eCast jukeboxes as soon as possible.

AMI is offering eCast operators an opportunity to speak with AMI technical experts at Amusement Expo 2012. AMI will have an additional booth, #304, where representatives will be available to answer questions regarding next steps for their eCast jukeboxes, enhancement kits, short term relief, and long term benefits.

AMI is committing to network support, hardware support, and repair services for nearly all existing machines previously on the eCast network, making it very easy for operators to take advantage of all that AMI has to offer. eCast operators can also access the acclaimed Customer Support team at AMI to help with their jukeboxes anytime at 1-877-ROC-N-ROL.
